- 6 sdm (menggunung) tepung terigu.
- 6 sdm mentega.
- 5 sdm gula pasir.
- 1 sdt baking powder.
- 2 butir telur.
- 1 sachet SKM putih.
- 1/2 batang keju blok.

- Parut keju sisihkan.
- Campurkan tepung terigu dan baking powder (ayak) sisihkan.
- Kocok gula pasir dan telur sampai berbusa.
- Tim keju yang sudah di parut dengan mentega.
- Penampakan gula pasir dan telur yang sudah di kocok.
- Campurkan mentega dan keju parut yang sudah di tim dengan adonan telur.
- Masukan campuran terigu dan baking powder.
- Aduk hingga rata dan tidak ada yang bergumpal.
- Masukan susu kental manis.
- Siapkan loyang yang sudah di olesi mentega dan sedikit taburi dengan tepung terigu agar mudah menuangkan nya.
- Masukan adonan ke loyang yang sudah di siapkan.
- Kukus selama kurang lebih 30 menit.
- Cheese cake siap di hidangkan.
