Bahan Membuat Taiwanese pork rice bowl/ lu rou fan/ nasi daging ala taiwan
- 250 gr pork belly.
- 3 bh siung bawang putih.
- 1 bh ruas jahe diiris tipis.

- 1 sdt bubuk ngohiong.
- 2 sdm shao xing wine.
- 2 sdt kecap asin.
- 3 sdm gula.
- 1/2 sdt blackpepper.
- 1/2 sdt garam.
- 2 sdm kecap manis.
- 500 ml air.
- Topping.
- Telur.
- Brokoli/ sayur hijau yang lain.
- Nasi panas.
Langkah Memasak Taiwanese pork rice bowl/ lu rou fan/ nasi daging ala taiwan
- Siapkan semua bahan untuk daging di potong2 kemudian diberikan marinasi 2 sdm shaoxing wine dan 1sdm kecap asin lalu diamkan sejenak kemudian untuk bawang putih di iris tipis dan jahe diiris kemudian siapkan wajan sedikit panas kemudian masukkan daging yang sudah dimarinasi tanpa perlu minyak.
- Kemudian aduk sampai sedikit berubah warna masukkan shaoxing wine, kecap asin, gula, blackpepper, bubuk kaldu, bawang putih, staranish/ bunga lawang, bubuk ngohiong, bubuk kaldu kemudian kecap manis lalu aduk dan tambahkan air lalu aduk sampai air merebus di wajan kemudian kecilkan api masak selama 2 jam/ bisa di pindahkan ke slowcooker 2-4jam kemudian setiap jam sisihkan minyak daging yg mengapung diatas agar tidak terlalu berminyak.
- Setelah 2-3 jam berlalu siapkan wajan kemudian masukkan daging yang sudah di masak kedalam wajan besarkan api jika kurang hitam bisa tambahkan kecap manis/ kecap asin dan jangan lupa koreksi rasa lalu aduk merata sampai bola2 uap ada masak selama beberapa menit sudah cukup.
- Siapkan nasi panas, telur setengah matang, sayur hijau dan nasi daging ala taiwan siap di santapp.
