Bakkwa is very popular in Singapore and Malaysia where it is traditionally eaten during the Chinese New Year. When Chinese immigrants brought this delicacy over to Singapore and Malaysia, it began to take on local characteristics. Bahan Membuat Pork Bakkwa(Dendeng Babi Singapore)
- 500 gr daging pork giling.
- 2 sdm saus tiram.
- 2 sdm angciu.
- 2 sdm gula palem.
- 2 sdm madu.
- 2 sdm kecap ikan.
- 1 sdm ngohiong powder.
- 1 sdm merica bubuk.
- 1 sdm kecap asin.
- Olesan.
- secukupnya Madu.
- secukupnya Air.
Langkah Memasak Pork Bakkwa(Dendeng Babi Singapore)
- Campur semua bahan,ratakan(tipiskan setipis mungkin)di atas loyang yg sdh dialasi baking paper.
- Panggang dlm suhu 170° selama kira2 30 menit utk 1 sisi.Setelah 30 menit,balikkan dagingnya, panggang kembali 30 menit.
- Potong2 dendeng,lalu olesi bahan olesan.Panggang kembali sebentar dgn api atas(hanya utk membuat coklat waena dendengnya,hati2 krn cepat gosong).
- Ulangi utk sisi sebaliknya,biarkan dingin,setelah dingin masukkan dlm wadah kedap udara..
Dendeng means Jerky in Indonesian Language. The meat is pan-fried with its marinating juices until it's dried up and then some oil is added to refried it.
